The TANTRA-MC is a powerful 3 axis CNC controller – designed and developed in India, for Indian customers, offering great value for money for standard machines and special purpose machines. It can support high speed operation with stepper or servo motors. The motor drive control output is standard pulse and direction output – which enables users to easily connect the TANTRA-MC with low cost motor drives. Special converter cards are available enabling analog control output to interface with hydraulic valves, analog drives, etc. The unique advantage of the TANTRA-MC is its in-built Manual Operator Pendant with MPG – what is usually an extra part to be procured costing time and money, is inbuilt on the TANTRA-MC.
The TANTRA-MC software is customized easily for 3 axis milling machine applications. It can be customized for different applications like lathes, medical devices, gas cutting machines, surface grinding machines, rotary tables, etc. The keypad can be customized in different skins to present unique user friendly features to customers. Customized graphics screens can also be developed.

The USB port on front, enables powerful user friendly features like file transfers, backups, diagnostics, DNC controls and SCADA interfaces. Easily solderable standard size connectors (no complex soldering tools required), standard breakout boards and cables, easy to use PLC programming using our free tools, complete training for installation and maintenance package provide unique benefits to System Integrators and OEM Machine Builders. The TANTRA-MC can be upgraded to support 4 axis and a 6 axis version is also under development. Using this, complex 4 and 5 axis interpolation tasks can be accomplished easily.
